BTL is the leading manufacturer of Springs for Motorcycles, Cars, Tractors,Shock Absorbers and Struts, Clutch Assemblies , Compressor Springs for Air Conditioners, Springs For Slack Adjusters and Air Brakes for Railways ,etc. BTL is today the leading Supplier of Automotive and Railway Springs supplying to leading OEM's like Escorts Group, Munjal Group, Bajaj Auto, Carrier Aircon, Stone India Ltd, Sachs India, Gabriel Ltd etc. BTL is also approved by RDSO.
BTL has two Plants in NOIDA employing 250 Persons. The Company has fully integrated/automatic manufacturing facilities imported from West Germany, including Automatic Spring Coiling Machines, Automatic Spring End Grinding Machines, Heat treatment and Shot Peening Facilities , Inspection facilities for Load Testing Fatigue Testing and Surface treatment facilities for Phosphating PowderCoating and Zinc Plating. Raw Material Testing Facilities such as Universal Testing Machines, Wire Torsion Testing , Carbon and Sulphur Analysis Equipment are also available Inhouse . BTL can manufacture Precision Springs from 0.5mm to 16.00 mm wire size( Compression, tension and torsion).
The present production output is 1200 tonnes per annum.
