Plotting Specifications
Input: Gerber RS274D and RS274X, IPC350, Excellon IMG, HPGL, DXF*, AutoCAD* (*AutoCAD and DXF files must be converted to Gerber for plotting. File conversion charges for these formats will be added) RS274D format - automatic aperture list input of all formats eliminates errors RS274X format - step & repeat and polygon fill commands are acceptable No extra charge for merges Large file sizes are not a problem Maximum film size: 21" x 26" (maximum image size: 20" x 25") All files are reviewed for problems on our CAM stations before plotting Plots are inspected for proper density and line edge quality. Plotting instructions are verified Step and repeat of your image is also available Penalization possible
Instructions for sending plot files
Check File Upload Instructions mentioned above Send by attachment to an e-mail. (We can also read data from 3.5" disks and standard or rewriteable compact discs) Compress all files into one using PKZIP Include a text file or e-mail message with instructions. Specify polarity of image (positive, negative or copper clear, copper black) and emulsion direction (right reading up or down). Provide directions if merging is required Include a persons name and phone number to contact in case of questions Include a part number that should be referenced on our invoice Please provide a purchase order number if possible Indicate method of shipment.
