| METACLEAN
- 20 is a non fuming
long life aluminium etchant especially formulated with a
selective blending of alkaline builders, etch modifiers,
activators, sequestrants, and surface active agents to
impart a very desirable and decorative, satin and smooth
finish on alminium and its various alloys prior to
anodising and other metal finishing operations. METACLEAN-20 an etchent used prior to anodising , It is a replacement of age old caustic soda . It creates a foam blanket in the bath and does not allow the fumes to come out and hereby creates a hyginic atmosphere. It always gives uniform etching resulting into very high gloss of anidising . The sludge formed in the bath is soft in nature and less as compared to caustic soda ctching. The bath life is also 3 to 4 times as compared to conventional caustic soda bath. |
