PRODUCT DESCRIPTION |
| METACLEAN 214 is a
solvent based degreasing cum derusting cum phosphating
chemical. It is mildly acidic milky white liquid used by
spray or dip for removing oil , dirt , grease light rust
and subsequently produce a thin iron phosphate coating on
mild steel surface. It passivates the surface temporarily
against further corrosion and provides a good base for
subsequent painting system. METACLEAN 214 process does not require any post rinse operation after processing. METACLEAN 214 is a single pack chemical and capable of taking care of mild alkaline water of pH around 7.5 |
