PRODUCT DESCRIPTION |
| METACOAT -100 is a nitrate-nitrite accelerated Tricationic spray zinc phosphating process for use on Steel ,zinc and galvanised steel components. Apart from zinc ,METACOAT -100 contains nickel & manganese. It is ideally suitable under cathodic / anodic electroprimer and has been found equally effective under powder paints and conventional stoving primer.It produces densely packed microcrystalline mixed metal phosphate coating having small grain and high corrosion resistance properties. The ‘P’ ratio of phosphate coating is 80 - 95 and coating weight varies from 200 - 400 mg / sq.ft. which satisfy IS 3618 - 1966 Class ‘B / C’ coating . METACOAT -100 coating improves paint adhesion and increases gloss level of paint film. |
