PRODUCT DESCRIPTION |
| METACOAT-3 is idealy suitable for
pretreatement of all Zinc , hot dip galvanised & Zinc
based alloy surfaces which cannot be conviently dipped. METACOAT-3 reacts with Zinc to form grey phosphate coating which provides an excellent key for subsequent paint film and prevents Zinc from reacting with the paint film to cause flaking of the paint after couple of months. The METACOAT-3 coating acts as a barrier between the Zinc surface an the paint film. |

| METACOAT-3 is used without any dilution and is brushed in one quick application |
| OPERATING PARAMETERS |
| Apply liberaly undiluted METACOAT-3 by brush scrubbing it over the
surface . A grey to dark grey coating will form within 2-3
minutes. Before METACOAT-3 dries , wash the surface with clean water , using hose , clean rag or sponge. Dry the surface by compressed air blow or in an oven or with clean rag ensuring complete removal of moisture from the crevices and joints. |
