| METACOAT 31 is a 3 In 1
Iron phosphating chemical especially formulated to remove
oil ,grease , rust and simultaneously to produce a thin ,
iron phosphate coating on mild steel surfaces. METACOAT 31 can effectively be used as line deruster and in process cleaner prior to painting or any other similar metal treatment operations. |

| For Brush - on - wipe-off
process 50 - 80 % METACOAT 31 by volume in water. For immerssion process 200 - 500 Ltrs. METACOAT 31 for each 1000 Ltrs. bath volume. |
| OPERATING PARAMETERS |
| Concentration 20 - 50% by
volume in water. Temperature Ambient to 500 C contact time 2 - 10 minutes (depend upon surface conditions) Method of application Brush-on-wipe-off / Immerssion |
