| METACOAT-
33 is a nitrate-nitrite
accelerated warm dip nickel modified Zinc Phosphating
process specially designed to produce extra smooth
microcrystalline phosphate coating on Zinc surface. METACOT - 33 Phosphate coating has an excellent paint adhesion and corrosion resistant property having a coating weight of 100 - 300 mg/sq.ft. |
| INITIAL BATH MAKE-UP |
| Add the following for
each 1000 Ltrs bath volume: METACOAT- 33 ..........................................30 - 45 Ltrs. For continuous line having contact time 30-60 sec. bath concentration of 50-60 ltr. METACOAT-33 per 1000 ltr. bath is preferred. |
