| METACOAT - 47 is a nitrate-nitrite immersion type Tricationic Phosphating Chemical for use on Mild Steel, Zinc and Electrogalvanised Steel components, METACOAT - 47 treatment is ideally suitable prior to conventional stoving primer, powder paints and cathodic / anodic electroprimer, METACOAT - 47 produces microcrystalline mixed metal phosphate with high corrosion resistance properties. The phosphate coating weight ranges from 2.0 - 4.0 gm/sq. metre. |
