| METACOAT - 50 is a nitrate-nitrite accelerated immersion type low temperature Zinc Phosphating Chemical for use on Mild Steel, Zinc and Electrogalvanised Steel components, METACOAT - 50 treatment is ideally suitable prior to conventional stoving primer, powder paints and cathodic/anodic electroprimer, METACOAT - 50 produces microcrystalline mixed metal phosphate with high corrosion resistance properties. The phosphate coating weight ranges from 2.5 - 4.0 gm/sq. metre. |
