| METACOAT
- 6 is a nitrate-nitrite
accelerated immersion Zinc Phosphating Chemical for Steel
to facilitate cold mechanical deformation / drawing . METACOAT - 6 produces a densly packed needle
shaped Zinc Phosphate coating having extraordinary high
lubricant adsorption properties to reduce friction
between the tool / die and the works. METACOAT - 6 process enable wire / tube to withstand higher speed and greater reduction per pass during drawing / cold deformation and improve uniformity of drawing. |
