PCB Design Service Information

We are a PCB Design Service Bureau active for the past 19 years. The support of
client's has enabled us to upgrade our service, gain experience & insight such that
the layout is correct the first time. A cost effective service for product development
efforts is being supported by details of our Design and  Manual Routing Service.

A rare aptitude and ability to educate and learn after formal education has been
stopped are our real inherent strengths coupled with a desire to upgrade.

Service, Quality, CAD Compatibility, Experience and a Short turn around time will

We Support and Partner with Clients to work as a Offsite Design Team and do
provide them with a Dependable PCB Design Source.

Our Design Experience

  • From 1981-85 designed PCB's with Ink and Tape, 84-85 migrated to CAD.

  • Processed Multi-Layer PCB's with mixed components on both the sides.

  • Software analysis of parts to fit on the PCB, based on available area.

  • Autorouter is used to evaluate the goodness of placement & density of routing.

  • Manual routing & DFM is followed with post routing cleanup.

  • We have autorouted multilayer PCB's to complete direct connections only.

How we could Serve you better

Technical Conditions

  • Initial Inputs with complete Information of all parts is required.
  • Layout Guidelines and or Specifications to be part of inputs.
  • Adjustments could be made to make the flow of information ripple free.
  • Preferences for information exchange for initial Inputs be provided to us.
  • Power-PCB is our preferred Cad-Tool.
  • We always offer a first on line Service to our Clients.
  • We accept work and new Clients only when we can offer a first on line status.
  • Delivery Schedule depends upon the Inputs and the complexness of the design.
  • Post Design, priority service support for a period of 90 days is promised by us.

Commercial Conditions

  • A Purchase Order is necessary to support our design efforts.
  • Payment on completion and delivery of job will be appreciated.
  • Mode of Payment is by Wire Transfer, timely Instructions shall be provided.
  • We prefer to quote on an hourly basis, an initial estimate will be provided by us.
  • In case of time overrun due to changes in design, due compensation is desired.
  • Time Overrun occurs due to changes in Schematics or incorrect initial information.
  • Prices depend upon the complexity and the estimated time to complete the job. 
  • We also quote on a fixed Time and Price basis.

Deliverables

  • Design Files in binary and ASCII, in zipped form as backup,
  • Gerber files with embedded Aperture in RS274-X format.
  • CNC Drill Files in Excellon Format.
  • Pick & Place files in a format supported by PADS Software.
  • Layer Stack-up information with associated Gerber file names.
  • Assembly Drawing both sides.
  • PCB Fabrication Drawing.
  • List of Un-connected Pins.
  • Final Net-list.
  • Back annotation file.
  • Compiled Part-list based on the different Part types used.
  • CAM file for generating Gerber Files.

Options

We offer On-Site Service to interact with your design efforts on a retainer basis.
This option is applicable for Offshore Design Contracts only.

Agreements

Non-disclosure Agreement is always implied and acceptable.
