We are a Beret Caps and Knitted Sweater Manufacturer in India. Our products are being exported by some of the major exporters of India to countries as diverse as South Africa, Nigeria, Ethiopia, France, Korea and Italy to name a few.Our monthly production per month has increased to touch 70,000 pieces/month. During 1997 we have produced 800,000 berets of different types i.e. finished, lined, embroidered etc. for deliveries to the Indian/Nigerian/Sri Lankan Armies and various overseas buyers .
We have been maintaining a production level of 45,000 complete Beret hoods and about 25,000 plumed caps for the fashion markets of Europe. We are currently producing almost four dozen shades for the fashion market orders of Italy and France received by our buyers.Our plumed cap/Basque beret market has been steadily picking up and we are producing standard plumed caps of 65/70/75 and 80 grams of 9/10/11 inches top.To cater to the stringent standards of the European Union, we have as of last year changed the dyes for the fashion berets and are now using AZO FREE dyes from CIBA GEIGY and BASF.
We have this year added an Inhouse Line for the manufacture Of Knitted garments both Fully Fashioned and fabric using Japanese and German Machines.
