In
1941, during the Second World War, we started with manufacturing of sodium
Bichromate and Potassium Bichromate required by the Defence Department
and also by industries like Textiles and Matches.
Since then we went on developing other Chromium Chemicals such as Chromic
Acid, Chrome Oxide Green and Basic Chromium Sulphate.
Our production capacity has gone up from 500 tonnes to 15000 tonnes per
year to meet the requirements of various industries. |

THE
FIRSTS
We are the first in the industry in
India to get BVQI certificate for IS0:9002 International Standards
We are the first in the industry to
have installed Rotary Kilns for manufacture of Bichromates instead of the
old reverberatory furnaces in early fifties.
The longest rotary Kiln 100' long.This
was our first step way back in early sixties towards energy saving.
Spray drier plant for Basic Chromium
Sulphate imported from Denmark in early sixties.
Custom designed waste heat boiler and
bag house - for energy saving and environment friendliness.
