Systems Analyst / Technical leadResponsible for Development within Asia Payment (Back end payments processing) systems team.
Managing the team and user requirement, prioritization of enhancements, resource planning, conduct system testing, UAT and implementation
Manage various processes in the various phases of development life cycle.
Profile
· A graduate in Engineering/Computer Science with about 6-8 years of IT experience.
· Proficient in Unix operating System.
· Software environments / languages: Cobol, C.
· Exposure to banking / financial related software applications.
· Expertise required in technical platform like Cobol, C, Unix.
· Good communication skills and team-working abilities.
· Ability to work under pressure and extended hours
SKILL-SET
Skill Requirement All skill level requirements are on a 10-point scale
Level Leadership 8
Must be able to lead a team of 6 members. Must keep track of resource loading, schedules, etc in every phase of project. Alert superiors when necessary.
Cobol on Unix 8
Should have a very good hands-on knowledge on Cobol. Should be able to guide the team members in COBOL. If required, must be able to chip-in quick coding.
Unix 9
Must have good understanding of Unix. Must have worked on AIX environment
Banking / Financial systems 7
Must have good understanding of banking concepts. Preferred to have good understanding of Payments business and related SWIFT messages.
UNIX / Shell Scripts 9
Must be hands on shells scripts.
Communication Skills 8
Must be able to interact with business users. Prepare requirements document, provide specifications to team members.email resume for this position
Powerbuilder Programmer / Team Lead
Skills Required : Power Builder, Oracle , Pro* C, C++, Unix, NT, Java and ABAP(desirable).
Experience can be between 3 - 6 years.
On top if it, if the guys MUST worked in a CMM - Level 4 / 5 company and exposure to the quality process and methodology will be of high priority.
