HELPDESKENGINEERS
Senior Programmer: A minimum of 2 to 3 years project management experience with a total of 6 to 10 years
Software development experience. RDBMS applications using VB, C/C++, OOP, SQL Server and Windows API on Windows 98 / NT
platforms. Knowledge of WIN CE will be an added advantage.( Dubai )

Required URGENTLY for DUBAI candidates with experience on AS400 and DB2 as RDBMS plus WebSphere and other web technologies.
Programmers / Developers
with 2 yrs plus experience:
Oracle 8 as RDBMS, ASP ,IIS Visual Interdev Plus Java as well as Developer
2000.
Oracle Datawarehouse Manager: database fine tuning / performance management etc,
Systems Administrator
Duties:
Administration of Local & Wide area networks
backup procedures, daily maintenance, user support, systems documentation, help desk management.
Technical Skills:

HELPDESK ENGINEERS.
Requirements:-
Graduate Engineers with 4 to 10 years of experience in providing customer support for Enterprise class of
customers.
Good Telephone Etiquette
Ability to work in shifts and provide telephone support remotely.
Sun
Solaris. Experienced in SUN System Administration with different version of Solaris
Experienced in providing
support on Sun Hardware 250, 450, 220R, 280R, 420R, EX000 including E10000
experience in troubleshooting SUN Hardware
and ability to diagnose problems at a remote site.
SUN range of Storage products viz., Disk / Tape subsystems and
associated software components
handling Veritas suite of products
Microsoft
Experienced in providing
support on different versions of Microsoft windows operating systems viz., 95/98/2000/XP including NT 4.0 and Windows 2000
Advance server
Proficient in providing support on different versions of MS Exchange, Ms Office, Ms Project
Ability to
remotely diagnose problems and offer resolutions.
Preferably MCSE 2000 certified
CISCO CCNA / CCNP
Ability to diagnose network issues and offer resolution.
Handling CISCO range of Switches , routers, PIX Firewall
Thorough understanding of Internet connectivity
Ability to offer network response related issues.
IBM Open Systems:
Experienced in AIX System Administration with different version of AIX
Experienced
in providing support on RS6000 / 'P' series hardware
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting IBM Hardware and
ability to diagnose problems at a remote site.
IBM range of Storage products viz., Disk / Tape subsystems including ESS
(Enterprise Storage Sub system - SHARK) and associated software components (TIVOLI)
IBM Mainframe
Systems:
Experienced in IBM S/390 processor components and associated subsystems like Communication controllers -
37XX, DASD components - 33XX / 39XX and storage products - 34XX and printers
experienced in providing support and
troubleshooting on MVS operating system
support on NCP (Network Control Program) and SNA architecture.
EMC
Should be experienced in providing support on EMC Symmetric / Clarion range of products
Should have handled
installation and remote support on above products
Familiarity with software tools and components for diagnosing errors,
issues
STK - Storage TEK
experience on various families of Tape Library and associate software components
providing remote support on STK SILO products
Certification on the above skill set desired.
Helpdesk / Remote support experience is a definite
advantage.
