A Manager will be involved with all aspects of a project including the Bid process and Client Management Processes.
It is the responsibility of a CRM Manager to implement a solution to a client by ensuring that all key project aspects are delivered within a timely and professional manner as well as being involved other business relating to the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to a Senior Manager/Partner a Manager will: -
* Use their knowledge to manage a team and a client through an implementation process.
* Work pro-actively with Clients.
* Work with Technical Developers.
* Will take an active role in configuration, mapping process and design.
* Have the ability to work with a minimum of supervision.
* Be involved in the bidding process.
* Be involved with the Client Management process.
* Contribute to issues within the companies CRM practice.

Experience

* A minimum of 6 years working within a commercial environment of which minimum of 4 years will have been in a consultancy/consultancy environment.
* Proven ability in Managing aspects of a project
* A good understanding of Siebel, it is likely that they will be Siebel trained and have had a minimum of 16 months of experience of working with this product. (Please note that we will also consider candidates with good experience of other Package solutions such as Vantive and Clarify).
* Evidence of an individual being involved in the full life-cycle of at least 3 different engagements
* Previous experience of managing a team of at least 8 individuals
* Unless a candidate has exceptional experience, it is necessary for any applicants to be educated to Degree Level.

* Previous experience of managing a team of at least 8 individuals.

Experience Overall 4-5 years experience.
Preferences
Process industry expertise required - Oil & gas or other process industries.
At least 1 full life cycle implementation required.
Experience on any process industry specific modules is accepted.
No training projects accepted.
More of a functional consultant role.
Any technical / programming skills would be a plus

Set up and configuration of Output Determination and programming Requirements.

Middleware development skills

Team Skills
