Job Responsibilities ->Provide inputs and support for development of business strategies and department budget to have predefined short term goals and utilize resource effectively and efficiently. -> Prepare project execution plan with resources plan, equipment and manpower. -> Estimate costs to ensure project completion in a timely and effective manner. -> Guide and monitor project execution, follow-up with design / purchase / manufacturing on progress. -> Interact with customers for project inputs, approvals, progress and to resolve issues. -> Co-ordinate for customer inspection, complete all contractual obligations committed to improve quality of project management, arrange for materials and documents despatch to customer site. -> Oversee preparation of despatch invoice, follow-up with regional sales manager for collections of payments from customer. -> Visit project site periodically and resolve outstanding issues to ensure smooth handing over of project to customer and timely collections.
Competencies Technical: Knowledge of relay products / substation equipment, Commercial skills & project management skills. Good understanding of local market requirements and adequate understanding of international markets.

Job Responsibilities ->Receive customer queries, -> finalize components and rates, determine and analyze costs, ->monitor competitor prices set tender prices, ->get approval for price, prepare and submit tender documents, ->participate in post-tender negotiation,->analyze information pertaining to order inputs, sales figures, collection figures, tender opening results ->circulate MIS reports to aid performance monitoring and decision making, -> analyze future strategic tenders, estimate cost resources required, provide inputs to prepare annual budgets, ->receive order, acknowledge order in SAP, handover order to project management, provide inputs during order processing to ensure proper implementation of orders received.
