MIND'S SERVICES

¨ NON-SOFTWARE RECRUITMENT

Deals with recruitment in the functions such as marketing (including sales and advertising) human resource management, finance, logistics and administration. For better focus, the in-house expertise available is categorizes into M1, M2 [senior levels] and M3 [middle levels to grass root level recruitment].
M1 & M2 RECRUITMENT
Deals exclusively with senior level recruitment. The levels handled are L0, L1 & L2 (topmost three levels in any organization).

M3 RECRUITMENT
Deals with recruitment at middle level and below.

¨ SOFTWARE & TELECOM RECRUITMENT
Recruits technical professionals in software & hardware functions at all levels.


¨ ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT [O D]
This recently started service undertakes Organization Development exercises, which are non-recruitment in nature. These include projects relating to development of organization structure, HR policies, compensation-related surveys, training, etc.

Our panel of consultants conducting training and other OD exercises are experts in their respective field and, are well-acclaimed in the industry for their achievements.


¨ HOW DOES MIND FUNCTION
MIND believes in functioning as the human resources manager to clients' organization. Customized HRM solutions are designed and implemented, which is crucial to an organization's achievements.

In case of recruitment, the clients' manpower requirement is satisfied through one or more of the following five customized services:

(A) RECRUITMENT THROUGH DATABASE :
Individual-data library building is a critical and on-going process at MIND. Every career-aspirant is interviewed elaborately and evaluated. If found worthy the data is retained and updated regularly. Based on clients' requirements, the computerized database is screened to obtain the first short-list. This short-list is then further screened through one or two rounds of interviewing to achieve the final short-list. Clients then get to select from this final short-list.

(B) TURNKEY RECRUITMENT :
This is ideally suited to situations when the requisite personnel profile is not available in the required numbers in the data base. MIND undertakes the entire recruitment on a turnkey basis right from advertisement to the final shortlisting. Here MIND closely interacts with clients' officials to freeze the contents of the advertisement which is then processed and released through an advertising agency for effective communication and impact.

The response to these advertisements is then sifted, filtered and the qualifying applicants are interviewed and their credentials largely verified for further short-listing. On the final short-list, clients then need to spend minimum executive-time to finally select their person.

(C) CONTRACT RETAINERSHIP:
This is particularly useful when clients require our services to look after their on-going requirements on an exclusive basis for a fixed period of time. Here MIND makes sure that there is a proactive system of periodical evaluation of the requirement fulfillment.

(D) TURNKEY PROJECT:
This is ideal in situations where the client needs to have the entire HRM systems to be set-up to support business operations in India right from developing a customized HR system and policy, to recruitment. For such turnkey projects MIND has a panel of highly experienced HR professionals.

(E) SPECIFIC-PROFILE SEARCH:
MIND helps in specific profile search. This satisfies the highly specialized need of professionals to man strategic positions and spear-head business operations.

(F) OUT-PLACEMENT SERVICE :
Sometimes, it is seen that due to various factors beyond the client's organization, such as a shift in the corporate thrust area or change in short-term / long-term plan, there occurs a mismatch between the long-term career objectives of certain employees and the client' revised business objectives. In such tricky situations, we help clients to discharge a positive HRM obligation, by assisting in the out-placement of such professionals.
