POLYPROPYLENE & ENVIRONMENT
RAW MATERIAL : is an oil - derived material consisting of CARBON and HYDROGEN. It contains neither Heavy metals nor any other environmental hazardous substances.
PRODUCTION PROCESS : is based on a Thermo - Mechanical transformation of the PP raw material ( resin or granules ). Neither AIR nor WATER nor SOIL are contaminated during the process.
PRODUCTION SCRAPS - Partly internally recycled and reused in Production process. Partly externally recycled and used for production of mainly injection moulded rigid plastic products.
CONVERTER SCRAPS - The Unlaminated ones are externally recycled and used for production of mainly injection moulded rigid plastic products. Laminated to PET / PE / PA / Paper / Alu etc. are excellent co-combustion material for cement or steel works ( incineration with energy recovery ).
POST CONSUMER WASTE - Excellent material for overall increase of calorific value of MSW, thus increasing the incineration yield of incineration with energy recovery. 95 % of original crude oil calorific value is liberated when incinerated.
