RG SPECCHEM PVT. LTD., a Research Consultancy Company based in Bombay, was founded by Dr. and Mrs. Gopalan in the year 1995. Both the Directors did their Research in England and have been part of established Corporate Companies in India which gave them valuable and rich experience.
Dr. Gopalan Obtained his Ph.D. in Organic chemistry from the University of London (1972), on a Scholarship. This was followed
by four years of Post-doctoral Fellowship with Professor
Richard C Cookson FRS, at the University of Southampton,
in Organic synthesis.
Dr.Gopalan, has about 15 years of productive Industrial Research career, having associated with ICI(India) Ltd, Bush Boake Allen (India)Ltd, and Proctor &Gamble Godrej.
Dr.Gopalan is a Fellow of The Royal Society of Chemistry (London), FRSC, is a Chartered Chemist (UK), and is the Hon.Secretary of Royal Society of Chemistry-West India Section.
RG SPECCHEM has commissioned a Organic synthesis laboratory at Vikhroli, Mumbai. The laboratory is engaged in contract synthesis in new molecules, for well-known U.S. Companies.
It has the expertise on bio-treatment of chemical effluents
and toxic chemicals.
RG SPECCHEM is willing to take up challenging R&D assignments, with suitable confidential agreement, protecting mutual interests. It guarantees, time bound execution of the project, with agreed timely monitoring by the sponsoring agency and at a most competitive cost.
