Zirconia grain is coated on a tough, durable and flexible vulcanised fibre by a special Electrostatic Coating Technique which ensures perfect grain orientation for high material removal and optimum space between grains for effective chip clearance. Specially formulated resin incorporated with grinding aids gives free and coller cut.

This feature gives our Resin Sander Discs that extra cut ensuring higher performance.

Our Resin Sander Discs are available Grit 24, 36 & 60.

Safety Hints

• Always grind using proper back-up pad.
• Always grind wearing wearing protective gear.
• Check disc retainer nut for thread wear.
• Use proper spanner for tightneing retainer nut.
• Never use a disc that is torn or nicked.
• Avoid usage of another grinding disc as a back-up pad.
