Spiral Bands (Abrasive sleeves) are spirally wound single ply of coated abrasive used on expanding rubber drums (Rubber Mandrels). The unique construction of spiral bands provides smooth, chatter-free operation, thereby giving the operator greater control of the tool.
Sleeves are ideal for grinding ,blending, deburring, smoothing, finishing and polishing a wide variety of flat and contoured surfaces, including the inside of holes and other hard-to-reach areas.
Also effective on hardware with contours or intricate shapes.
It can be effectively used on metal, glass & even wooden surfaces.

Removing parting lines, imperfections, and burrs on all surface.

Available in a diameter ranging from 12 mm to 100 mm with a width of 3 mm to 50 mm. Other sizes are available on request.
