This Product Works with any Printer and Windows Based Computer
All the Instant Card Maker items are available as
optional extras also. You can freely choose and order what ever you need. It is not
necessary for you to buy everything. Order from this list only what you need and only when
you need it. Please see the detailed description of each individual item and its
price.
5) Graphic Module 1:
Rs. 50/-
1001 graphic picture files for use on instant card designs will be loaded on your
computer hard disk at the time of setup if ordered by you. These graphic files will be of
great use to you for providing graphic logo, related to the profession of your customer,
for an additional design charge.
6) Graphic Converter Program
: Rs.50/-
This is an Easy to use, Graphic conversion program for quickly editing and
converting photos, pictures and other graphic files and logos. Does not require elaborate
learning or practice. This program will be loaded on your computer hard disk at the time
of setup if ordered by you.
7) User Manual
: Rs.150/-
Gives complete details of installation procedure, software operation, card making
process and general product information in a booklet form. This printed booklet is
essential for off line reference by the new users.
8) Business Plan: Rs.100/-
Gives detailed Marketing Strategy, cost analysis, project write up and other
commercial information for running your own Instant Card Making Business. If you are
planning to obtain loan for your computer-printer set , this business plan will enable you

Installation floppies to enable you to install the Instant Card Basic setup , all by yourself. This is a set of 3 ½ inch, 1.44 MB, floppies. They includes basic setup program, sample graphic files, essential special fonts, few Indian language fonts and other support files. Short installation instructions are provided with the set. Key disk is included.
14) Instant Card Full Setup CD : Rs.650/-
This CD contains setup program, graphic conversion program, 1100 picture files, operation manual and business plan as office 97 word files, some other related useful software programs for your personal private use. This CD also works as a key disk from your CD drive.
15) Advertisement support : Rs.200 per insertion.
If you decide to use Instant Card Maker as a profitable business, you will need advertisement support. We release ads in local and national media to popularize concept of instant card in masses. Your company name, Area Name, and one phone number will be included in our display advertisement for a payment of Rs.200. 16) Visiting card material in various grades for use with Instant Card Setup :-
a) Standard Grade:
This grade is best suitable for low cost, good quality cards. This card material also works best with most printers.

b) Deluxe Grade :
This is a very high quality card material. It is non tearable plastic film, coated on one side for photographic printing effects when used in any make inkjet printer. The cards made from this material are non-tearable and highly water resistant.

c) Super Grade :
This material is specially suited for heavy gauge, inkjet coated, photo quality multicolor, water resistant cards.

17) Inkjet Refill Inks :
Original ink cartridges are very costly. If you refill the original
cartridge, yourself, cost of printing is far less. We provide refill ink in convenient
size bottles. Using this ink you can save considerably. Prices of Inkjet cartridge refill
ink bottles sufficient for printing approximately 5000 cards are as follows :-
a) Black Color Rs. 120/-per bottle
b) Yellow Color Rs. 150/-per bottle
c) Magenta Color Rs. 165/-per bottle

18) Card Boxes : Rs.60 per dozen
You will need these empty card packing cum storing boxes for supplying cards
to the customers or storing your own cards in the office.
19) Training to your staff Rs.100/- per hour.
Installation, operation and use of Instant Card Maker is quite simple and all the instructions are provided in the operation manual. If you carefully read through these instructions you will not need any help.
However, in case your staff needs support in understanding the process of card making or needs actual hands on training, we can provide it at your premises or from our local office with prior arrangement.
20) Printer adjustment kit: Rs.20/-
Some printer models require mechanical printing adjustments for the proper left hand side margin on the card. This kit gives details of such adjustment and provides suitable spacers for common printers.
21) Key disk Rs. 150/-
Operation of the main program requires key or CD in the drive of your computer as a program key. Program will not run without key disk in a correct drive. Installation floppy set includes one key disk. Installation CD works itself as a key disk from CD drive. However if you plan to use Instant Card Maker on more than one computer or if your old disk is lost or damaged, you will need this new key disk.
22) Card Trimmer V21 : Rs. 400/-
Precision card trimmer for faster operation. Can handle higher volumes for trimming
standard size cards. Designed like a usual photograph trimmer.
23) Insta-Card FLOPBOOK : Rs.50/- + Rs.25/- delivery
