» about us Senex (India) Pvt. Ltd was born in 1985, with borrowed technical knowhow from Calcutta Industrial Corporation, its parent firm, who was responsible for developing the technology for manufacturing Audio Tape Recorder Heads in India absolutely on their own. The firm had started out in 1968 by reconditioning worn-out Professional Tape Recorder Heads for All India Radio, to begin with. Today, Senex (India) Pvt. Ltd and Calcutta Industrial Corporation, under the registered trade name of 'Senex' is responsible for manufacture of various audio equipment, apart from Magnetic Heads normally required for Audio Studios of All India Radio, Films Division, NFDC and a large number of Film Studios engaged in recording, dubbing, scoring, etc. This site has brief descriptions of the items manufactured, as well as our price list for the current year.
