These are mechanical
maintenance and manufacturing based products.
They cure in absence
of air taking metal as a catalyst.
The Anaerobic range
of adhesives consists of

·
These are Anaerobic liquids i.e. curing in absence of air taking
metal as a catalyst.
·
These are semi permanent adhesive sealant meant for thread
locking.
·
They are used to prevent loosening of Nut – Bolts due to vibration,
impact or pressure during service.
·
Its service temperature is from –60 to 150 deg. C
·
It gives an incremental torque value of above 20% of the installed
torque with pressure resistance upto 6000 psi.

·
These are Anaerobic liquids i.e. curing in absence of air taking
metal as a catalyst.
·
Bearing retainers are semi permanent adhesive sealant.
·
They are used to prevent slippage, wear and tear of bearings due
to vibration, impact or pressure during service.
·
It can fill up gaps upto 8 thou thus supporting slip fit type of
bearing fixing and avoiding interference fit.
·
Its service temperature is from –60 to 150 deg. C
·
It can withstand pressure upto 6000 psi.

·
This is Anaerobic paste that cures in absence of air taking metal
as a catalyst.
·
These are semi permanent adhesive sealant ideally meant for
eliminating mechanical gaskets on machined surfaces.
·
This paste when applied in a bead form on the Flange surface and with
the joint bolted firmly, forms a gaskets, thus it overcomes the problems of
holding stocks of gaskets of different shapes & sizes.
·
Its service temperature is from –60 to 200 deg. C
·
It can withstand pressure upto 6000 psi.
Hydraulic / Pipe Sealants

·
This is a Teflon based Anaerobic paste that cures in absence of
air taking metal as a catalyst.
·
These are semi permanent adhesive sealant ideally meant for
hydraulic joint sealing.
·
Being a paste it overcomes the problems of shredding / cutting and
in turn choking which takes place in the use of Teflon tapes. Over and above it
gives prefect sealing against vibration, impact and pressure during service.
·
Its service temperature is from –60 to 200 deg. C
·
It can withstand pressure upto 6000 psi and gives an instant
sealing upto 250 psi pressure.
