These are available in a wide range of sizes.

Industrial PMDC Motors – They are available in Flange mounted and Foot
Mounted models. They range from 180 watts to 1500 watts with a speed range of
1000 rpm to 4000 rpm. And a voltage range of 90 V to 180 V DC.

The Industrial PMDC motors have externally
access brush inspection & replacement, Class B insulation (F Optional),
permanently lubricated sealed ball bearings and solid construction.

Micro Series PMDC Motors – They are available in the range of 40 watts to 180 watts with a
speed range of 1000 rpm to 5000 rpm and voltage range of 90 V to 180 V DC.

The Micro Series PMDC motors are extremely
light & compact with low noise level, designed for high duty cycles and are
highly efficient.

Industrial Battery Operated PMDC
Motors – They are available in the range of 40 watts
to 800 watts with a speed range of 1500 rpm to 4000 rpm and voltage range of
12/24/48 V DC.

The Industrial Battery Operated PMDC Motors
are rugged designed, low power designed and available in various mountings.
They are also available for refrigerated vans.

PMDC Geared Motors – They are available with worm gears and inline gears option.
They range from 40watts to 1500watts with a speed range of 1 rpm to 500rpm and
a voltage range of 12V to 180V DC.

The PMDC geared motors have low noise gear
box, hardened gears for longer life and rugged design for high duty cycles.

These are available in Fan cooling type and
Forced Cooling type.
·
In Fan cooling type the available KW of motors
at 1500rpm are 0.375, 0.75,1.1 and 1.5KW.
·
In Forced cooling type the available KW of
motors at 1500rpm are 2.25, 3.75, 5.6, 7.6, 11.25, 15, 18.75, and 22.5KW.
·
These motors have a rugged design, special
brush/ commutator design for superior commutation, Class F insulation, Resiglass
binding for Rotor durability, Dynamically balanced rotors, Vacuum impregnated
winding for longer life and superior finish. They can also be custom built as
per customers requirement.

They are available in various torque ranges
from 3.5 Kg.cm. to 28 Kg.cm at 60 rpm.
·
These are bi-directional, instantaneous start,
stop and reverse, identical starting
& running currents. In these the residual torque is always present.
·
There is no damage to them due to stalling and
they can work at a low speed of 60rpm.
