Worked as System Analyst with DBS Bank, Singapore (client of R Systems Pte Ltd). I was handling all Software and Technical writing related issues for the Overseas Branches of DBS Bank, Singapore.

W.H.O. (World Health Organization) South East Asia Region (Feb 1999-Aug 1999):

Worked as a Programmer cum Y2K coordinator. Implemented and tested the Y2K compliance of the inventory of software / hardware. Interacted with various vendors and companies offering Y2K solutions and selecting the feasible solution according to W.H.O. requirements.

Developed Personnel System using Power Builder & MS-ACCESS. I was responsible for feature design and development, which included reviewing and refining the requirements with system engineer, design, coding and testing the software developed.  Testing responsibilities included writing, executing, verifying test results, end use training, documentation of system, and implementation of the system. Worked closely with other team members to ensure a high quality software solution.

Designed HTML documents using Front Page, Claris Page-Maker, HOT-DOG, Coffee Cup Editor and animated graphics using Adobe PhotoShop, Corel, Microsoft Image Maker and other graphical packages.  

Worked with helpdesk teams for various types of problems at user level.

Worked as a System Analyst and was involved in designing, development, testing, user training, writing user manual, interaction with various hardware and software vendors. I was leading a team of four programmers. Other activities include providing corporate training to various business houses,  organized seminars and provided consultancy to various computer institutes. I also developed home pages for various companies, created designs for fashion houses.
