Life of system and efficiency drastically gets reduced over a period of time as scaling sets in and chokesthe metallic absorber pipes (small dia of 12.5 mm) and also leaks develop which require costly periodic cleaning and maintenance.

effect of external weather and ambient temperature
Design dependent on ambient temperature, hence low efficiency during cold weather. Independent of ambient temperature - Ideal even during winter weather conditions.
Internal connections between collector and storage tank
Use of interconnection pipes results in heat loss and reduces life of system Integrated design, completely eliminating inter-connectivity.

Tank material and welding
Outer tank is generallyof aluminium, only inside is of stainless steel, are welded Both inner and outer tanks are of stainless steel. Inner tank is TIG welded.

Glass wool / rock wool etc. 

Possibility of insulation getting soaked during rain, reducing the heat of stored water. Insulation material requires frequent replacements.

Highly efficient PUF for very high retention of heat overnight. PUF material does not absorb water. Absolutely no deterioration of PUF material.

Limitation to roof mounting resulting is very great loss of heat due to lengthy plumbing pipelines from roof to bathrooms. Balcony type innovative mounting design helps even multistoreyed houses and apartments dwellers to get the benefits directly since no need for lengthy plumbing pipes
