Coriander Mutton |

Ingredients:
Method :

Boil Mutton with the ginger garlic
paste, salt & green chillies. Retain the stork.

Make chutney in a grinder.
-
Heat a little oil, when hot add the
powdered cashew nuts in it & sauté till a light brown color is obtained. Then add the
chutney & fry the mixture for a while.

Add the mutton with the stork.
-
After a boil, simmer for a while (5
minutes), till a thick gravy forms.
-
Garnish with slices of boiled eggs &
serve with hot parathas or chappatis.

Mutton Pulao With
Mustard Sauce |

Ingredients:
for the sauce
-
1 carrot
-
1/2 cup tomato sauce
-
1/2 cup oil
-
1 tsp salt
-
2 green chillies
-
1/2 tsp mustard powder
Method
-
Marinade the mutton in
ginger garlic, curd, tandoori masals, red chillie powder over night.
-
Grease a baking dish
with butter and put mutton in it and bake it on low heat till done.

Make the sauce using
the above ingredients (grind to a fine paste in a blender)

In a dish, put plane
rice and decorate with spring onions, pour the sauce over it and add
the mutton cubes on top. For more taste u can add some fried noodles.

Milk & Onion
Soup |
Ingredients
- 1 large onion sliced
- 3-4 buds of garlic
- 2 green chillies approx.
- cinnamon to taste
- clove to taste
- 1 tsp jeera
- 3 tsp oil
- full cream milk
- chicken stork
Method
- Heat a little oil, add jeera, garlic, green chillies, cinnamon,
clove & onions, cook till onions turn pinkish.
- Add stork then add full cream milk, let it boil on slow flame for
15-20 minutes untill done.

Chocolate Ice Cream soda
Ingredients :

3 scoops ice cream (Vanilla)

drinking Soda
-
2 tbs of chocolate syrup or Chocolate sauce
-
Chocolate Syrup :
-
1/2 cup drinking choco powder
-
1 cup sugar
Method :
-
Add 2 tbs of syrup in a tall glass &
add 1 scoop of ice cream in it.
-
Mix well & add soda to it along with
crushed ice.
-
Top it with 2 scoops of ice cream.
-
Serve chilled.
-
Enjoy, never mind the calories!!
